1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies when you browse bustrafficfever.app, open a level walkthrough, submit a comment or image, or contact us by email. This guide is independent from the Bus Traffic Fever game and its developer; their apps and services have separate privacy practices.
2. Information we process
Technical data. Our hosting and security systems may record IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, referring page, request time, response status, and error information.
Comments and images. If you post, we process the public display name, comment or reply, level number, optional image, IP address, user agent, and submission time. The display name, comment, and uploaded image may be visible publicly. Do not use an email address as your display name or include sensitive information.
Messages. When you email us, we receive your address and the information included in your message.
3. How we use information
- Deliver level guides and maintain site functionality.
- Publish, moderate, troubleshoot, and protect comments and image uploads.
- Apply rate limits, detect abuse, and maintain security.
- Respond to corrections, support requests, privacy requests, and legal notices.
- Measure aggregate site usage and improve walkthrough coverage.
4. Cookies and Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 on our pages to understand aggregate traffic and how visitors use the guide. Google Analytics loads when a page is opened and may use cookies or similar identifiers to process information such as visited pages, approximate location, device and browser information, and referral source.
You can limit analytics tracking through your browser settings, content-blocking tools, or Google's available opt-out controls. Blocking analytics does not prevent access to our walkthroughs.
5. Service providers and third-party content
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, storage, security, analytics, and website delivery. Walkthroughs may embed videos or game content and link to Apple, Google, or other third parties. Loading or visiting those services can allow them to process information under their own policies.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or respond to valid legal process.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including site operation, moderation, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. International visitors and children
Service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Bus Traffic Fever Guide is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal information. You may also ask us to remove a comment or image you submitted. We may need enough information to locate the record and verify the request.
9. Policy changes
We may revise this policy when site features, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated policy will be posted here with a revised date.
